TUITION SCHEDULE & EXPENSES PER MONTH

Please note that these rates are subject to change and based upon projected enrollment and costs for the program year.

A PROJECTED COST per student

  • 4 Days for WOLF GROUP (older/experienced) = $375
  • 3 Days for PUP GROUP (Younger/less experienced) = $350.
  • 2 Days for PUP GROUP = $250

TRIAL MONTH: The first month’s tuition must be paid before student attendance.

STUDENT COMMITTMENT: After the trial month, the new student commitment, financial and otherwise, is for the school year (till the end of June), unless prior arrangements are agreed upon with Wolf Kids.

TUITION PAYMENTS: Should the new student decide to join WOLF KIDS, the prorated balance to complete the 2nd month is due at the end of the new student’s trial month. Thereafter each month’s tuition will be due as follows:

Cheques for the duration of the semester, post dated for the 20th of each previous month, are due at the start (by the first day) of each semester.

START UP & YEARLY COSTS: After the trial month, there is a one-time enrolment start up fee of $300 to help offset Wolf Kids prior capitalization expenses for books, supplies, kayaks, tools, etc., This includes a supplies fee of $75, which is due at the beginning of each Wolf Program year.

MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES: There are occasional expenses that need to be covered in addition to funds available from tuition. These might be for specific projects, items needed for the school, and field trips. These expenditures are agreed upon by group consensus.

FUNDING SUPPORT:
School District 64 through LEARNING DESIGN PARTNERS offers financial support for homeschoolers attending the W.O.L.F. Program. They welcome individual registrations between April to September and all interested parents may read information on the School District 64 web site http://saltspringldp.wordpress.com/.  The Learning Design Partners office and resource library is located at Phoenix Elementary School. Please coordinate with Nicole.

THE WOLF KIDS SCHOOL YEAR: Tuition is paid for September through December 15, and February through June. From mid-December to the end of January we take a Winter break (approximately 6 weeks).
