WOLF Kids has been working with our community's children since 2005 to awaken a deep awareness of ecological integrity, through foundational learning experiences in nature. WOLF Kids is operating with professional instructors on Wavehill Farm, offering programs in Nature Awareness, Tracking, Ecological Studies and Traditional Outdoor Skills for Salt Spring youth 7-13 years old, enrolled between Monday-Thursday for the school year. FUND RAISING
WOLF Kids is fund raising $25,000 to build a program center for indoor environmental research, art projects, and to house a reference library. The center will also host mentorship programs, where members of our community may come to share their skills and knowledge with the children. The center will provide warmth and shelter during the coldest and wettest months of the year. For the last 5 years the woods has been their classroom, with no indoor work space.

WOLF Kids needs this structure now. The building will be constructed primarily with the donated labor of parents with building skills. Children will participate in the construction, as an educational project. Many community members will be contributing to the project. Support these students to be stewards and unshakeable voices for our environment in the future.
